About Whole Again

"Whole Again" is the fifth single released from British popular girl group Atomic Kitten's debut album, Right Now (2000). It is the group'south biggest selling single to date and was the last single to feature founding member Kerry Katona, who left the group midway through promoting the unmarried. "Whole Once more" was the get-go single released from the album in Europe and South Africa. It was a massive success, reaching number one in several countries, and selling over a million copies in the UK alone. "Whole Again" was co-written past Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark (OMD) members and Diminutive Kitten founders Andy McCluskey and Stuart Kershaw, forth with Jem Godfrey and Beak Padley. The four writers were nominated for the Ivor Novello Award for excellence in songwriting, and Billboard ranked the track number 96 on their list of the "100 Greatest Girl Group Songs of All Time". Multiple artists, including OMD, accept covered the song. Following the deviation of Katona, she was replaced a few days after by Jenny Frost, but after the single reached number 1 in the UK. Atomic Kitten are an English popular girl grouping formed in Liverpool in 1997. The group comprises of three members: Kerry Katona, Liz McClarnon and Natasha Hamilton. Jenny Frost joined the group in Jan 2001 to replace Kerry Katona, who quit when she became pregnant although Frost was then replaced past Katona for there 2013 reunion. Heidi Range (who afterward joined the Sugababes) was a founding member of the group, but left before they secured a tape deal.
